When your nervous system no longer confuses intensity with intimacy.

Union is when your inner masculine and feminine stop fighting each other.
When intuition and boundaries finally work together.
When love feels steady instead of activating old wounds.
And once that union happens inside you,
you stop chasing it outside of yourself.
Not because you don’t want love
but because you are love in a body that finally feels safe.
Cease the reaching.
Cease chasing.
Be the love.
A simple human Wholeness of enough is enough.

Unchanging self worth.

Use full
Joy full
Grateful
What or who are you full of right now?
Someone else’s expectations?
Someone else’s bullshit?
Someone else’s anxiety?
Someone else’s feral fear or their mind attached insecure, insincere, none sense?
If you are not totally full of who you really are, then the artificial mask will continue to dominate your life.
Drop the pretence.
Ditch the facade.
Dismiss all that insults your wide open and yet discerningly protected heart.
