As this year draws to its end,

We give thanks for the gifts it brought
And how they became inlaid within
Where neither time nor tide can touch them...
Days when beloved faces shone brighter
With light from beyond themselves;
And from the granite of some secret sorrow
A stream of buried tears loosened.
We bless this year for all we learned,
For all we loved and lost
And for the quiet way it brought us
Nearer to our invisible destination.

An Incredibly powerful and yet simple meditation.
If your heart felt intention sincerely reflects
the surrender that indigenous Hawaiians first intended.
Four simple phrases that re integrate the soul.

They are:

A Moment to Moment Sankalpa. 

Maybe try this sankalpa instead of (or as well as) a new year resolution. 

Evolutionary Love. Activism, Service and Humility. 

A man who has profoundly transformed deserves to walk alongside a woman who has reinvented herself. A woman who has healed herself deserves to evolve alongside a man who prioritized the evolution of her soul. A man who recognized his worth deserves to live life with a woman who let go of her pain. A woman who rises from her ashes deserves to have the presence of a man who transcended his miseries. A woman who has grown to her full powers deserves to be seen by a man who stands in his integrity and power. A man who is no longer afraid of people's opinions deserves to share his time with a woman who is no longer afraid of what people will think and say about her life. A woman who is no longer content with anything less deserves to find the most beautiful jewel in the dedicated love of an excellent man. A courageous and sincere man deserves to be recognized and admired by a courageous woman with a wild soul. A free and empowered woman deserves to be supported by a good, conscious and complete man. A man who makes his life a challenging adventure deserves to be loved by a woman who follows her dreams. A woman who aspires for the best deserves to be loved by a man who feels like a winner. A man who lives in the present and takes care of his mind deserves to be hugged by a woman who meditates, sings and dances. 

A woman who lives connected to her divinity deserves to be cared for and respected by a man who knows the great secrets of solitude and the sacred rights of his freedom. Evolutionary love is intentional, considerate and based only in present moment consciousness. All else simply flows from this grounded, gracious one total human kind.
