CATCH YOUR OWN ENERGY EARLY.

 I prefer people that are intense. 

Intense doesn't mean chaotic, it means passionate. 

Intensity means you feel life, fully. All of it. 

Intensity means you actually give a fuck about something that lights you up. 

Intensity means you actually are connected mind, body, soul and somatic heart to your own life. 

Intensity means you care. 

Intensity means you are interested AND interesting. 

Intensity means you consider and connect in aligned communities of practice. 


People who consciously choose to pour their heart and energy into the things they love. 


It does not matter what that intensity applies to, as long as it’s non harmful, non hurtful and non addictive to them self or others. 


Intense drunken drinkers, no thank you. 

Intense honest stoners, no thank you, 

Intense dogmatic limiting zealots, no thank you. 

Intense limited and limiting conversioners, the staid, stuck imperial decrees and missionary position “one good bookers”, no thank you. 

Intense gamblers, no thank you. 

Intense stressed busy bodies and over thinking workers. No thank you. 

Intense anxiety, trying hard to control the never to arrive future. No thank you. 

Intense depression, stuck in patterns of “In My day” or worse “that’s the way we’ve always done it” harmful, antiquated attached mind beliefs, well past their use by date. No thank you. 

Intense reactionary unkind assholes, no thank you. 


Intense creators. Yes please. 

Intense life lovers. Yes please. 

Intense life learning explorers. Yes please. 

Intense eclectic, erudite, excellence in whatever (non harm) floats your boat. Yes please. 


The Intensity for life I prefer comes from the soul of people who CHOOSE to see beauty, even amongst the fullness of a sometimes harsh & challenging reality. 


It's people who have a purpose larger than them self and are intensely raw and intensely authentic. 


That CONSCIOUS, DELIBERATE, INTENTIONAL, AUTHENTIC INTENSITY  is magnetically attractive. 

Like energy attracts like energy. 

Joy attracts joy. 

Intensity for life attracts intensity for life. 


JUST NEVER BE AN UNKIND, INTENSE OVER REACTIVE DEMANDING, INSECURE ANXIOUS ASSHOLE. 

Ever. 

UNLESS YOU ARE. 

And maybe even then we can agree to disagree if we can’t align and flow…

When in a meaning full relationship, protect your partner’s peace.   Stay away from limited people with dogmatic mind attachments who force their issues, who enable poor behaviour choices, who are not transparent and only begrudgingly tolerate your mistakes,  Avoid completely those one track wonders who push you to do misaligned things, and who convince you to ruin something aligned with your own soul.  Limiting people can’t help you grow, mind attached dogma, myopic narrow views will only drag you down and slowly poison your liberation.  Discerningly choose not to follow any proscriptive mindset that is limiting, or become like them just to fit in or avoid loneliness.  Cults of busyness, racist assholes, limiting or conversionist religious models, spirituality that demands blind obedience, any rapacious business models that put corporate greed and profit over human well being are to be called out.  Choose self care, choose maturity, choose boundaries, and ...

Don't ruminate, activate. I find it is difficult to think my way into a better mood. When I sit and stew, the problem usually grows larger in my mind. But if I activate — even if it's unrelated to the problem at hand — my mood tends to improve. Action breaks the spell. Move your body, go outside, play an instrument, work in a different room, do something. Movement changes your state. And when your state changes, your perspective changes. New solutions appear. You notice options that were invisible when your mind was stuck running the same loop.
