Oasis of Serenity. Are You A Bad, Good or GREAT Boss?
Bad bosses keep people stuck in dead-end jobs.
Good bosses create opportunities for people to grow and advance.

Great bosses encourage people to pursue growth and advancement even if it means leaving for another organization.
being comfortable in yourself will rub a lot of folks the wrong way. not because there’s anything wrong with your confidence, but because it’s a reminder of how at war they are with themselves. that is not a you problem, stay focused.

People are not always going to be brave and transparent enough to tell you they're no longer vibing with you. But you will always feel the shift in connection and support. This is why you just have to learn to feel and read the energies, without absorbing and then take the initiative, leave the table where love is no longer being served and you’re no longer valued. When there is no space for growth, true communication, accountability, and healthy resolution, it’s time to call your energy back and remove yourself. Dis integrated far from whole humans are fickle creatures, and often times, the misalignments in simple energy are nothing to take personally. We all just vibrate towards what resonates, on the deepest soul level. Let go of the guilt of letting go. Be mindful of creating unnecessary karma by trying to make a certain connection or relationship deeper than it was meant to be. Energy will start to get weird, chaotic, and misaligned — and it will all be your intuition communicating that time is up. Do not exhaust yourself. Simply accept the present moment, it is what it is, do not enable or try to force the proverbial square peg in a round hole. Release with no resentment and keep your heart light. True soul connections will naturally flow like the purest, cleanest, deepest waters. Pay attention, stay focused, remain comfortable in your own grounded wholeness and keep calling your energetically aligned soul tribe in.
