Simply never be a cold hard hearted stone when someone shares their joy.
With You. As a conscious intentional priority.
Simply never be an unkind reactive entitled stuck up asshole.
That is NEVER ok.
Standards are not expectations.
Listen, receive, observe and do.
Rest reflect remember restore rise & repeat.
Let go is integration, the unlearning the inclusion of all that you are.
The grief. The Wild.
The sadness. The joy.
The madness. The light hearted mischief.
The righteous anger. The calm storms.
The insecure confusion. The discerning clarity.
Feel it all.
Let them in.

Consciousness?
Right now? Totally? Wholly? Absolutely?
Consciousness Nowhere to be,
Consciousness nothing to do to be it.
You already are the consciousness and it is your free birth rite.
So stop seeking or preaching or trying hard to heal or be whole. You already are.
Once we welcome and integrate and love without preference every thing we already are.
Multitudes.
Mystery.
Magic.
Gentle forward momentum.
Complete fucking awesomeness.
And you already are my friend.

If others can not yet be them self fully,
Just let them.
Simply be there with them
as they dig deeper and peel and feel their own life onion.
Simply let them be whoever they need to be right now.
Simply hold space for your self firstly,
then share your genuine love overflow
with aligned and kind souls.
No force, no advice.
No shallow limits.
There is enough sun shining for kindness
to sow and grow and thrive and flourish in many forms.
Let your light shine.
Unapologetically.
Without fear or favour.
No reason. No words. No mind attachments.
Continue to love the diverse, the different and the misaligned safely from afar, if need be.
It is all included in one benign universe.
Do not let other peoples limit;
racism, addiction, misogyny, drunks and drug use,
ageism, inability to self reflect or critically think,
inability to feel life fully or own their limits and choices responsibly.
