FREE FLOW FULL LIFE




The wiser you get, the less you fantasise and live in mind attached delusions, and the more you want grounded, real and present. You stop focusing on excuses, on half arsed escapist addictions and any “I’ll change” vacuous promises. Simply observe and listen. Then discerningly choose what aligns and flows freely with your inner values. 

You start paying attention to what others actually bring to the table in the way of depth, discernment and wholeness. 

Do their lived values and lived habits align with their choices and patterns? Or are they a hypocrite? Or are they a liar? Or are they an escapist, addicted to woo woo shallow by pass and/or adolescent crutches of daily drugs and alcohol to just get them through? 



There comes a point where you need to grow up and stop looking for a saviour. Life is no longer about what your parents didn't teach you, what love you didn't receive, or what life didn't give you. Stop being an attached mind conditioned victim. Take responsibility. 


Create your own life. It becomes your responsibility to heal & reparent yourself. 

To grieve and let go the parents you never had. 

To unlearn what hurt you. 

To stop normalizing your own toxic choices of behaviour, like regular drugs and alcohol and projecting your lower vibrations to “get by”. 


Grow a spine and stop people pleasing and perfectionism and all the attached mind drama, chaos and stress that those traits deliver. 



Stop enabling your own shitty life, that you support, allow and perpetuate by your own limits. 

Once you realise, there is nothing to realise, you simply let go (integrate) all that you are not. 


Enough is enough. 

Simple, common, ordinary, one FULL, WHOLE AND COMPLETE, life already. Without having to do a god damned thing. Except reflect and respect your real true nature. 

Choose connection, choose consideration, choose compassion that does not exclude your self. 

Then? Why so serious? (Unless it is) lighten up, ffs. 

Then? Carry on, as we do… 



Life is ever so simple for those who pay attention. Then be astonished, then share that beauty you see with other aligned and open hearted, discerningly kind souls who also have high standards and take no shit. 

See how simple it is not to follow the pack? 

Those who blindly follow the herd, the pack (the boss, the system, the institution, society) only see assholes anyway. Instead get out from behind your rock (their follies assholes) and create your own life. Be you, be unique. Be free.

When in a meaning full relationship, protect your partner’s peace.   Stay away from limited people with dogmatic mind attachments who force their issues, who enable poor behaviour choices, who are not transparent and only begrudgingly tolerate your mistakes,  Avoid completely those one track wonders who push you to do misaligned things, and who convince you to ruin something aligned with your own soul.  Limiting people can’t help you grow, mind attached dogma, myopic narrow views will only drag you down and slowly poison your liberation.  Discerningly choose not to follow any proscriptive mindset that is limiting, or become like them just to fit in or avoid loneliness.  Cults of busyness, racist assholes, limiting or conversionist religious models, spirituality that demands blind obedience, any rapacious business models that put corporate greed and profit over human well being are to be called out.  Choose self care, choose maturity, choose boundaries, and ...

Don't ruminate, activate. I find it is difficult to think my way into a better mood. When I sit and stew, the problem usually grows larger in my mind. But if I activate — even if it's unrelated to the problem at hand — my mood tends to improve. Action breaks the spell. Move your body, go outside, play an instrument, work in a different room, do something. Movement changes your state. And when your state changes, your perspective changes. New solutions appear. You notice options that were invisible when your mind was stuck running the same loop.
