Nobody ever figures out what life is all about, and it doesn't matter. 

Explore your back yard. Explore the world. 

Explore things that interest you the most. 

Life is really interesting if you pay attention, remain curious, and go into it deeply enough. 

Work as hard and as much as you want to on the things you like to do the best. 

Don't think about what you want to be, 

but what you want to do.

Stay connected to your heart’s desire and simply do that. 

Keep up some kind of a minimum 

with other things that have to also be done, 

so that “society” doesn't stop you from doing anything at all.

In the end, 

YOU come first. 

Prioritise you and remain connected to those you meet, 

also just doing “their thing”

Don't ruminate, activate. I find it is difficult to think my way into a better mood. When I sit and stew, the problem usually grows larger in my mind. But if I activate — even if it's unrelated to the problem at hand — my mood tends to improve. Action breaks the spell. Move your body, go outside, play an instrument, work in a different room, do something. Movement changes your state. And when your state changes, your perspective changes. New solutions appear. You notice options that were invisible when your mind was stuck running the same loop.
