Sometimes people can't reciprocate because they can't give you what they can't give themselves. 

And that’s ok. 

People at war with themselves can't give you peace. People who lie to themselves can't give you honesty. 

And that’s ok. 

Sit with people committed to personal growth. The reciprocation is different. People can only meet you as deeply as they've met themselves. 

And that’s called energetic alignment. 

You can't pull honesty from a heart tangled in self-deception, or self ignorance, nor can you expect peace from someone who hasn't made peace with their own reflection. 

Sit with those who seek to deeply understand themselves, and you'll find yourself aligned, maybe even understood without even asking. 

If You're asking a storm for shelter.

 If You're asking a cracked mirror to reflect truth. 

If You’re asking chaos to bring you calm,

 you are deluding your own true nature. 

Recognise this without shame, guilt or blame. 

No wonder it hurts. 

If you self recriminate. 

If you self criticise. 

If you self deprecate. 

Sit with those who realise the inner work is only a mere waiting game, a start, a foundation, a core value, 

But realise there really is NOTHING to realise, 

you’ll finally feel WHOLE once you align and re align completely with those who realise, there is nothing to realise. 

We all already are “Enough is enough”, 

once we grace fully receive our own unwavering self worth, 

Once we accept our own unchanging self love, 

Once we settle our inner turmoil and own our own pure and simple unadulterated self love. 

Once we relax and surrender to this ONE bare moment, there is never an overwhelm, there is never an attached need to be busy, rather than fully present,.

Once we FULLY simplify and integrate it all, we TOTALLY, we ABSOLUTELY, we only come strongly from unwavering humble full self love and not reaching or seeking or looking for an external attached mind love, 

We realise that our ancestors already have and every creature in one creation (that’s us!) now return in their own unattached mind time, to exactly who we all were (hope fully) conceived as. 

Let this simple 

unwavering joy 

of life 

spread safely like 

wildfire.
