"Over the past decade, I’ve built a career at the intersection of law, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. I started out as a corporate lawyer at AZB & Partners, one of India’s top law firms, where I was part of the team advising companies on their IPOs and large M&A transactions.
I then moved to Lightbox, a consumer-focused venture capital fund, where I led FDI structuring and M&A for investments in high-growth consumer tech startups across India. With a naturally curious and hands-on approach, I found myself working closely with founders—not just on legal and financial matters, but also on raising capital, structuring debt, building teams, and navigating the challenges of scale.
I led the development of Lightbox’s ESG strategy and worked with each portfolio company to design and implement bespoke sustainability frameworks. I also built corporate governance systems tailored to early- and growth-stage startups, helping them balance agility with long-term accountability.
Today, I’m charting my own path as an entrepreneur, combining operational experience with a deep understanding of consumer behavior to build something that’s thoughtful, design-led, and culturally rooted.
