Protecting my peace is my priority. 

If others are limited or shallow or emotionally unavailable, 

keep any contact you have to have 

As transactional and detached. 

Observe. 

Do not absorb. 

These energies are not wrong or bad or evil. 

Merely limited. 

Listen with love, of course, accept, do not agree, 

just do not sell out your peace 

to limited low vibe energy that disturbs your peace 

or insults your soul. 

Cease the reaching. Let them be. 

Do not engage. Let the moment be. 

Exactly what it is. 

Don't pour energy into a squeaky void.

The people pleasers, the perfectionists, the counterfeit empaths without discerning standards. Avoid these energies if they bully or threaten or project or assume or over share or even remain attached to their inherited un integrated inter generational conditioning. (aka mummy or daddy or sibling “wounds”) 

 If they're argumentative, agree playfully and disengage. 

If the energies are limited, shallow, narrow or callow, 

bless the current consciousness and move on.

Always From love not for love. 

Another’s need to win at all costs, 

Or to remain insecurely entitled 

or over thinking projecting and verbosely anxious 

or stuck depressive in the dim distant past 

isn't your battleground. 

Meet people exactly where they are, 

not where you wish they'd be.

Listen to and observe their priorities, their patterns. 

Limited? Misaligned values? Shallow? 

Move on. 

Addicted to drugs, by passing reality, drunks, honest stoners? 

Move on. 

Stuck way up in attached labels or attached titles or attached to narrow one track limiting limits? 

Move on. 

Potential is meaningless. 

Know who you are. 

Know what you don’t want. 

Know what you deserve. 

And do not settle for less. 

Intrinsic learning

Intrinsic love for life 

Intrinsic knowing there is nothing to realise. 

Once we simply dismiss all that does not support and align. 

Like energy attracts like energy. 

Drunks attract drunks. 

Honest stoners attract honest stoners. 

Take take take attracts take take take. Do whatever… 

Beware the squeaky limiters. 

The gold diggers. The fuck buddies. The insecure swipers. 

The enablers, the entitled the over sharing gossipers. 

The limited small minded; not evil, not wrong, not bad. 

Just limited. 

Meet them all with loving kindness and compassion. 


Instead lighten up 

Why so serious? Unless it is… 

Light hearted attracts light hearted. 

Joy attracts joy. 

Protect your peace as a priority. 

Integrate 

Wholeness 

Accept not agree 

Be Full of life. 

Respect full grace full use full wonder full meaning full 

Grateful 

Joy full.

Don't ruminate, activate. I find it is difficult to think my way into a better mood. When I sit and stew, the problem usually grows larger in my mind. But if I activate — even if it's unrelated to the problem at hand — my mood tends to improve. Action breaks the spell. Move your body, go outside, play an instrument, work in a different room, do something. Movement changes your state. And when your state changes, your perspective changes. New solutions appear.
